 note = {近年、地方都市では、都市の郊外への拡大に伴う中心市街地の空洞化が進み、中心市街地と周辺地域の棲み分けに関する再考が求められている。本研究では、盛岡都市圏を対象に、中心市街地と２つの周辺地区との間の交通利用特性をアンケート調査により分析し、地区による交通ニーズを比較することを通して、交通環境の整備に有用となる知見を得ることを目的とした。特に、バス交通を主体とする公共交通の利用実態、および冬季の交通利用実態に着目し、交通目的と利用交通手段、夏冬の利用交通手段、バス交通の評価に関する分析を行った。中心市街地へ向けた多様な交通ニーズの存在を明らかにするとともに、今後の交通施策に関する考察をまとめた。, In recent years, the people living in a rural　urban area, such as Morioka city, tend to move　out from the central urban area to the suburbs. The relationship between central urban area and suburbs should be reconsidered for coordinating the urban spatial structure in the future. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the transportation needs in suburb areas based on questionnaire surveys. We choose and compared two suburbs areas from the viewpoint of　transportation environment, such as the influence of winter snowfall and transit bus availability.},
