However, it is difficult to analyze the samples containing a large amount of matrix such as sewage sludge. In order to investigate the accuracy of the analysis of heavy metals in sewage sludge, we carried out an addition-recovery test and investigated the effect of acid content in the sample on the measured value. On the analytical condition of this study, the determination ranges for metals were as follows : 27 AI, 43Ca, 44Ca and 57Fe were 100~ 1000ug/l, 55Mn, 63Cu, 65Cu, 66Zn, 67Zn and 68Zn were 1 ~ 1000ug/l , 53Cr, 60Ni, 75 As, 206Pb and 206Pb were 1 ~ 100ug/l , and mcd and 114Cd were 0.1 ~ 100ug/l . If the pretreated liquid of sewage sludge was diluted 100 or 1000 times, all of the 11 metals could be analyzed in the ranges above and the effect of acid used for the pretreatment could be disregarded. The recommended mass number for Ca, Cu, Zn and Cd were 44, 63, 66 and 111, respectively. The correction equation of interference should be applied to the measurement of 75As and it was not needed for mcd. It was concluded that the concentration of heavy metals in sewage sludge could be analyzed by ICP-MS.}, pages = {143--156}, title = {誘導結合プラズマ質量分析法による下水汚泥中の重金属の分析}, volume = {35}, year = {1998} }
