I was hit by John.\nb.??John was hit by me. (西光他1997，p.167)\n(2) a.私はいつもこの車に乗っている。\nb.*この車はいつも私に乗られている。\n上の2例は、一般的に出来事は他者(または他の物体)よりも話し手自身の視点\nから描写される傾向があることを示している。\n話し手の視点は、ある種の構文だけでなく、語彙的にも表される。例えば(3)\nに示すように、日本語の「くれる・あげる」は、それに相当する英語のgiveには\nない視点制約がある述語である。また、(4)と(5)に示す補助動詞の「～テ\nモラウ」や「～テクル」も、視点制約が働く表現である。\n(3) a.ジョンは私にりんごを{くれた/*あげた}。\nb.
