Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2009-07-31"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　障害児教育を学び、学校見学の機会もあり、今まで学校で過ごす人を多く目にすることができた。幸いなことに、その多くの人たちは元気に過ごしているように見えた。\n　しかし体のことに絶対はなく、けがや病気はいつ何時でも起こり得るものである。しかも、ダウン症などの染色体異常の人のように、その人の抱えている障害によってはもともと体が丈夫でないといった特性を持つ障害も存在する。体が丈夫でないばかりか、さらにコミュニケーション障害や、うまく自分のことを話せない人もいる。そういった人たちと接していると、どのように自身の不調を訴えているのかという疑問がわいた。\n　そこでまず、話し言葉に頼らないコミュニケーションについて調べた。財団法人明治安田こころの健康財団が開発した「コミュニケーション支援ボード私の伝えたいこと」では日常生活で使うと思われる表現が主な内容で、「言葉でうまく伝え合えないとき、そのやりとりの最中にこの『コミュニケーション支援ボード』を差し出し、その人に絵を指差してもらいます。」としている。その中には体の具合が悪いことを伝える絵も示されているが、ただ絵に「いたい」とあるのみで他には全身像の絵に「からだ(どこ?)」として表示されているにとどまった。\n　絵を使ったコミュニケーション支援はこのほかにも多く目にするようになったが、障害が重度に及ぶ人についてはどうなのかということも疑問に思えた。重症児のコミュニケーションについて渡逸らは「重症児は、重度の知的障害と運動障害のため、言語や行動によって応答表出が著しく制限されるため、意思表出が不明瞭であったり困難になる。それによって、周囲の介助者の理解が難しく、コミュニケーションが制限される。」としている。元々の意思の伝達の手段に大きな制限がある人もいるのが現状だが、身体の不調を伝えることとなると、さらに難しいと思う。\n　さらに、健康問題に絞って症状の伝達という先行研究を調査した。守山は学生に自覚症状を画像化させる調査を行い、痛みの絵の共通点を見出した上で、「人と人との間の相互理解･コミュニケーションの手段としての認識画像化の研究に当たっては、専門家の側が患者や学生も含む一般の人々がもっている視覚的なイメージに学ぶことが研究の出発点となろう」とした。\n　だが、こういった研究のすべてが知的障害の無い人を対象に行なっている研究であることが明確となった。ほかにも対話型の問診表を作る守山の研究があったが、健常者が対象であった。ただ、聴覚障害者を対象とした守山の研究だけが、唯一障害者を対象とした研究であった。\n　「感覚」という自分だけが感じる、目に見えないものを他者に伝えるということは、言葉か身振り手振りに頼るほか無い。知的障害者はまさにそこが困難であり、急を要する際にどうしても健常者より一歩対策が遅れてしまう点なのではないだろうか。\n　そういった、知的障害者のように伝えることが困難な状況にある人たちのための、体の異常を周りの人に知ってもらうための便利なツールがあってもいいのではないかと考えた。また、そのツールによって早期発見できれば、得られる保健的･医療的メリットも大きいものと思う。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"KANAMARU,
