Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-02"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"一般的な小規模校とは、各学年において単学級を設置できない学校であり、その際に設置されるのが複式学級である。複式学級とは、2以上の学年が1学級を編成して、教育活動を営む学級である。小学校の場合には、2学年の児童数の合計が16人以下と定められており、1学年を含む場合には8人以下となる。中学校においては、引き続く学年の生徒の合計が8人以下と定められている。また、へき地学校とは、交通条件および自然的、経済的、文化的諸条件に恵まれない山間地、離島その他の地域に所在する公立の小学校及び中学校を意味する。岩手県は、わが国において北海道に次ぐ広大な面積を保持しており、人口密度は北海道に次いで低い数値を示している。岩手県の人口約120万のうち、県庁所在地の盛岡に25％、盛岡を含めた内陸部には70％が集中するが、その他は広域な県内沿岸部を含めた地域に居住し、33市町村のうち22市町村が岩手県の人口密度である85.3人を下回っている状況である。岩手県における複式学級を有する学校数（2012年5月1日現在）は、小学校114校（県内小学校総数370校：30.8％）、中学校7校（県内中学校総数186校：3.8％）の合計121校（県内総数556校：21.8％）になり、小中の併設校も設置され、わが国有数の少人数指導に課題を抱える地域である。岩手県におけるへき地等学校の指定校（2012年5月1日現在）は、小学校87校（県内小学校総数370校：23.5％）、中学校41校（県内中学校総数186校：22.0％）の合計128校（県内総数556校：23.0％）が該当する。岩手県においても近年は急速な統廃合により、学校数は急速に減少しているが、それでもなお、学級数が5学級以下である工数が100を超え、北海道、鹿児島、長崎とともにへき地及び少人数指導の能力を持った教員が必要とされ、その地域特性からは今後ともその課題が継続すると考えられる（表1）。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"SHIMIZU,
