Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-03"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　道徳の根拠をめぐる哲学的探究において、宗教的背景から解放された近代以降の歴史では、合理主義的説明のモデルが支配的であった。道徳とは、人間の自由な行為の可能性を前提にし、そのような行為について価値を評価したり、為すべき事柄を指令したりする枠組みであるとすれば、道徳の根拠には人間に固有な「理性」が働いているはずである、とする臆見が背景にあることが、支配的となった理由として考えられる。もし行為が、環境や遺伝子などの自然的条件に支配され、決定されているのだとしたら、そのような行為に対し、「道徳的に」＜よい＞＜悪い＞といった価値を語る余地はない。そこには、様々な因果連鎖に支配された「事実」の世界があるだけであって、そこで起こっている出来事については、善悪の評価を下すことはもちろん、もはや道徳的行為として括り出すことすらできないはずである。したがって、もし道徳的価値というものが有意味で、道徳的な当為や規範が語りうるとしたら、その背景には外的環境や内的本能といった自然の制約から自由な＜理性＞がなくてはならない。漠然とこの様な思い込みないし前提が、われわれの道徳的な語彙（よい、わるい、すべき、べきでない等）の使用の条件として働いていて、近代以降の道徳をめぐる哲学的探究も、このような言葉の使い方の条件を背景にして行われてきた。\n　ところで、動物生態学、脳神経科学、進化論的生物学、道徳心理学などの科学の諸領域からは、道徳の根拠に関して近年さまざまな研究の成果が寄せられつつある。例えば、日常の道徳判断において、感情や情動を司る部位の働きが（理性の部位と並んで、あるいはむしろ理性を差し置いて）重要な役割を果たしていることが脳神経科学の研究によって明らかになりつつある１）。これまでは、「感情」は気まぐれで誤りやすいのだから、道徳的な判断はそれらに基づくべきではなく、むしろ自然の制約から独立して普遍的に妥当する「理性」の原則に基づくべきであり、そのような判断ができるようになることが道徳性の発達の理想でもある、とする理性主義的道徳観が優位であった。しかし近年の脳神経科学による研究成果は、そうした理性主義の道徳観に疑問を突きつける素材を提供している。以前私はこのような研究成果が、道徳における理性の働きに対して如何なる意味を持つことになるかについて検討したことがあった２）。今回は、道徳の自然的基盤に関する動物生態学からの研究成果を主な手がかりに、脳科学における自由意志研究の成果なども参考にしながら理性主義的道徳理論の意義について再検討してみたい。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"USAMI,
