Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-04"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　平成26年（2014年）11月20日、下村文部科学大臣は中央教育審議会（以下、中教審）に対して、「初等中等教育における教育課程の基準等の在り方について」の諮問を行った。この諮問を受け、中教審では今後集中的に審議を重ね、その審議結果が文部科学大臣への「答申」として提出された後、この「答申」に依拠して次期学習指導要領が告示される。次期学習指導要領の全面実施は平成32年度（2020年度）を予定していることから、中教審答申と学習指導要領改訂の告示が行われるものと思われる。つまり、早ければ平成29年度頃から、実質的には次期学習指導要領に沿った教育活動が先行的に実施されることになる。現行の学習指導要領は小学校では平成23年度、中学校では平成24年度から全面実施となったばかりの時期ではあるが、国レベルでは早くも次期学習指導要領の準備が本格始動となったことから、教育現場でも次期改訂による今後の学校教育の在り方を見据えて、スムーズな移行を図っていくよう準備を進めていかなければならない。\n　数年先に予想される学習指導要領改訂の方向と内容については、例えば小学校の英語教育の早期化と教科化、高校での日本史の必修化などについては耳目を集めている。確かに、こうした個別の教科の指導の在り方の変更も注視すべきであるが、今回の学習指導要領改訂は個別の教科の次元を超えて、児童・生徒に育成する学力や能力に関する基本的在り方そのものの変革まで視野に入れたものとなる可能性があることにこそ注目する必要があると考える。次期学習指導要領は我が国の学校教育の在り方を大きく変更することを求め、そのことは必然的に学校経営の在り様にも変革を強いるものであることが予想されるからである。\n　本稿は、以上のような課題意識に基づきながら、中教審への諮問内容及びその背景に据えられていると考えられる各種の報告書や提言等を分析することを通して、次期学習指導要領の基盤となる学力観と教育活動の方向性に関する視点の整理を試みるとともに、それらを新しい教育活動として具現化し推進するために求められる学校経営の在り方について考察するものである。なお、本稿のような趣旨から次期学習指導要領と学校経営の在り方を論究した先行研究は、管見の限りでは見当たらない。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"FUJIOKA,
