Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-05"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　教師には，学級経営を円滑に行い教育活動の目標を達成するために，集団を統制し個人を支援する適切な指導態度が求められている。その教師の指導態度に関する理論の代表的なものとしては，三隅（1964）が提唱したPM理論と木原（1982）が提唱したAD理論がある。三隅（1984b）は，集団機能がP機能とM機能により成立しているとした。P（performance）機能とは，課題解決ないしは目標達成に関する機能であり，M（maintenance）機能とは，集団の存続や維持に関する機能である。三隅（1984a）によると，「教育の本質が教える者と教えられる者，すなわち指導する者と指導される者の人間関係に関わっているならば，リーダーシップ（指導）ということは，およそいかなる教育の営みにおいても中核的なものであり，教育効果とは教師のリーダーシップによる教育効果である」という。三隅（1984b）は，学校における教師の指導態度について，強くバランスの良い指導を特徴とするPM型，課題志向型や教師中心指導型であるPm型，児童配慮に優れ支持的なpM型，放任型と考えられるpm型の4つに分類している。また，教師の影響力に関する研究には，顕在化された影響力であるリーダーシップ，すなわち具体的な指導行動に焦点を当てたものと，そのような指導行動を発揮する背景となる潜在的な影響力である勢力資源に焦点を当てたものがある（三島・淵上，2010b）。三島・淵上（2010b）は，教師の指導行動を場面ごとに分けて考え，具体的な3つの場面（①学級集団全体を対象にした指導行動場面，②学級集団の中にいる児童・生徒個人を対象にした指導行動場面，③個別指導時の児童・生徒を対象にした指導行動場面）を設定し，PM機能との関連について整理している。このように，教師の指導行動場面を分類し，その中で用いられる指導行動のパターンを分析することは，学級経営について考え，教師の指導行動の特徴を抽出する上で重要なことであると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"KIKUCHI,
