2013年6月第2期教育振興基本計画が示された。そこでは,「これからの学習の在り方として一方的・一斉型の授業だけでなく,ICTなども活用しつつ,個々の能力や特性に応じた学びを通じた基礎的な知識・技能の確実な修得や,子供たち同士の学びあい,身近な地域や外国に到るまで学校内外の様々な人々との協働学習や多様な体験を通じた課題探求型学習など,学習者の生活意欲,学習意欲,知的好奇心を引き出すような新たな形態の学習を推進すること」が求められている(文部科学省,2014)。「新たな形態の学習」としてここで例示された「子供たち同士の学び合い」や「協働学習」という学習形態の具体化は,小学校教育における重要な課題となっている。学習形態には,同一内容を同時に全員に対して指導する「一斉指導」,学習者の考えをグループでの討議に反映させそれを学級全体の理解に展開する過程をもつ「グループ学習」,学習者一人一人の理解に応じた「個別指導」に大別されると言われる(宮坂,2002)。文部科学省の言う「一方的・一斉型の授業だけでな」い「子供たち同士の学び合い」や「協働学習」などはこの「グループ学習」にあたるものだと言えよう。この学習形態には「相互教授法」「協働問題解決」など,手続きの違いから様々な表現が用いられているが,ここではその差異を扱うことを止め,「協働学習」という用語で報告することとする。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"MUNAKATA,
