１））．その目的は参加児注２）にとっての休日生活の充実である．エブリ教室では，その活動内容としてタグラグビーを設定した注３）．このような活動内容の設定によって，エブリ教室のねがいとして掲げた「休日生活の充実」がタグラグビーにおいて具体的なねがいとなる．すなわち，「休日生活の充実」は「タグラグビーに熱中して取り組んでほしい」となり，①攻守それぞれのプレーにおいて目的的にプレーすること，②その過程では自分の力を存分に発揮して首尾よく，そしてチームとしての連携よくプレーすること，③プレーの成功と失敗に伴う葛藤をも含め，プレーの成果をチームメイトと共に分かち合うことをねがう．さらに，活動内容をタグラグビーにおけるプレーとして特定することで，一人一人の参加児のねがいはより具体的になる．たとえば「攻撃プレーでは，パスを受けてすぐくサイドライン際を駆け抜けてトライを決めてほしい」である．ねがいの具体化によって，支援の手立ての具体性と実効性が問われる．また，ここで考案された支援の手立てを，筆者らを含むスタッフ集団が共有，蓄積，研磨していくことが実務上必要となる．そこで，筆者らは，スタッフによる支援の内容や方法について，実践によって得られた知見を整理することを試みはじめた．ここで筆者らスタッフは，ねがいを実現すべく，参加児一人一人に対する個別化・具体化された支援方法を講じたが，その支援方法は，活動内容としてのタグラグビーの一般的な戦略の検討に包括されるものであった．すなわち，タグラグビーに熱中すること自体を活動の目的として位置づけたときに，その支援内容及び方法は，あくまでもタグラグビーとしての自然さと必然さを伴う「ナチュラルサポート」であった（佐々木，伊藤，名古屋，2012２））．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"SASAKI,
