Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-05"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　平成19年に「特別支援教育」が学校教育法に位置付けられ，通常学級に在籍している発達障害児童生徒も支援の対象として公的な認知がなされた。以来，通常学級における特別支援教育に関する実践研究への関心が高まっている。岩手県では，「いわて特別支援教育推進プラン」（岩手県教育委員会，2013）によって，インクルーシブ教育を推進し，通常学級における特別支援教育についても，小中学校のみならず，高等学校での普及，定着をめざしている。また，障害者権利条約批准によって，インクルーシブ教育は後押しされ，通常学級における特別支援教育の精度向上が動機づけられている（たとえば，特別支援教育の在り方に関する特別委員会，2011，2012）。第一筆者は，通常学級における特別支援教育に三つの立場でかかわってきた。具体的には，①親の会等市民活動団体による実践者の立場でもある。これは1990年代半ばから現在に至る。特にも，放課後・休日活動支援に取り組んでいる（例えば，佐々木，伊藤，名古屋，2014）。②特別支援学校のセンター的機能の実務担当者の立場である。これは，2000年代半ばから2010年代に至った。特にも，巡回相談にて，小中高等学校の通常学級に在籍する発達障害児童生徒の支援に携わった。また，それに資する地域支援の開拓にも取組んだ（例えば，佐々木，2012）。③通常学級の担任及び教育相談担当者の立場である。これは2013年から現在に至る。特にも，高等学校において学級担任と特別支援教育コーディネーターを兼務し，発達障害生徒を擁する学級経営，教科指導，かつ，特別な支援の必要を伴う教育相談を担当し，面談や関係機関との連携等のケースワークを行なった（例えば，佐々木，2013）。本稿では，これらの立場によって得た実践経験に基づき，発達障害を巡る動向とその支援における実践上の課題について，それらの変遷を回顧的・逸話的に整理し，現在の課題を明確化する。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"SASAKI,
