Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-08"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　2014年（平成26年）2月、障害者の権利条約が日本においても批准され、その効力が発生することになった。「障害のある人もない人も、共に学び共に生きる」環境が整いつつある。\n障害者の権利条約にある「インクルーシブ教育システムの構築」そして「合理的配慮」は、特別支援教育にあって、今まさに重点的に取り組むべき課題でもある。特にも、「合理的配慮」については、学校現場にあって、今後、「一人一人の児童生徒への合理的配慮」について明らかにしていく段階にある。\nまた、義務教育段階の児童生徒数が、平成22年1,074万人が平成25年は1,030万人と少子化傾向が続く中、特別支援教育対象者は、表１に示したように、特別支援学校、小・中特別支援学級、通級による児童生徒数が平成22年に約25万1千人、平成25年が約32万人と近年急激な増加を示し、発達障がいのある児童生徒も含め、多様な指導生徒が在籍している。\n病弱教育においては、在籍数に大きな変化は見られないが、今まで、各年代、時代において、結核、身体虚弱、喘息、腎炎ネフローゼ等が様々な病種のなかでも比較的多い傾向を示すときがあったが、現在は、心身症やうつ病いわゆる「心身症等の行動障害」のある児童生徒の在籍率が多くなり、実態が、大きく変化してきている。\n平成23年度の病類調査（全国病弱虚弱教育連盟，2013）では，表２にあるように、近年、「心身症等の行動障害」「筋ジス等の神経系疾患」の占める割合が高く、「腫瘍等新生物」と続いている。\nまた入院の必要な児童生徒は、その入院期間が以前より短くなっており、その期間の学習保証も大きな課題となっている。\n心身症やうつ病などの心の病気の子ども、難病の子ども、進行性や病気の終末期を迎える子ども、発達障害や知的障害を併せ有する子ども等々、学校現場にあっては、このような多様な実態の児童生徒との学習場面で、病気からくる突発的な行動の変化、情緒の乱れ等、『情緒の安定』を最優先に、学習を進め行かなければならない実態がある。\n本稿では、このような実態の児童生徒に対する病弱教育における日々の学習において、最も重要な学習指導案について、近年、特別支援教育において課題や視点となっている内容を取り入れた指導案の様式を提案し、指導案が、より有効性のあるものとなり、一人一人の児童生徒の学習が充実できるように研究するものである。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"AZUMA,
