Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-06-09"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　高等教育機関における発達障害学生支援は，全国的に喫緊の課題である。日本学生支援機構の調査（2014）によれば，全国の大学，短期大学，高等専門学校に在籍している障害学生13449名のうち，発達障害（診断書有）者は2393名と17.6％を占めている。また，支援を受けている障害学生7046名のうち，発達障害者は1597名と22.7％を占め，他の障害種と比較して最多である。\nそのような高等教育機関に在籍する発達障害学生に対する支援の必要性については，発達障害者支援法（2005）に「大学及び高等専門学校は，発達障害者の障害の状態に応じ，適切な教育上の配慮をするものとする」と定められている。また，2012年に文部科学省が提示した「障がいのある学生の就学支援に関する検討会報告（第一次まとめ）」においては，高等教育機関における障害学生への合理的配慮のあり方について明示されている。このことは，2006年に採択，2014年に批准された「障害者権利条約」や，2011年の「障害者基本法」改正，さらには2016年に施行予定の「障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律」など，日本国内において障害者の権利をめぐる法的整備が近年急速に行われつつある流れの一環といえるだろう。\n以上のような，発達障害学生の実態数の多さと，法的根拠に基づく支援の必要性によって，現在，発達障害学生支援に取り組む高等教育機関は増えつつある。2014年現在，全国の高等教育機関1190校のうち，障害学生支援に対する専門委員会等を設置している高等教育機関は203校（17.1％），専門部署や機関等を設置しているのが101校（8.5％）であり，その割合は年々増加している（日本学生支援機構，2014）。実際の支援内容や支援体制等については，支援実践の報告（西村，2011；中村・松久，2011）や，実践例・事例論文等の展望（市川，2011；須田・高橋・上村・森光，2011；丹治・野呂，2014）などによっても示されており，内容や体制の充実が今後一層期待されるところである。\n発達障害学生への支援の内容や体制の充実が進みつつある一方で，そのような支援の内容を認めたり，一部実際に行ったりする立場にある一般学生（障害のない学生）が，発達障害のある学生を支援するということに対し，どのような理解や意識を持っているのかに着目する必要がある。一般学生が発達障害学生への支援をどのように考えるかを明らかにすることは，学生間に不平等な感覚を生まない合理的配慮のあり方や，共生社会の一員としての意識を高等教育の場でいかに育むかを検討することにつながるだろう。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"TAKIYOSHI,
