Spectrum Disorders 以下ASDと略す）をもつ子どもへの発達支援に有効とされる指導については、ASDへの根本治療が発見されていないため、いまだ一貫した知見は得られていない（富永・森，2006）。\nそのような現状においてASDは脳神経の異常により、様々な行動に影響を及ぼす症候群であるという観点から、適切な行動の獲得を支援するために応用行動分析（Applied Behavior Analysis 以下ABAと略す）が有効であり、集中的な指導の中で繰り返し練習することで、ASD児の行動や認知機能の改善が見られることもある（Richman2001,Lovaas2003）。ABAによる就学前のASD児への早期療育プログラムとしては、ASD児へ週40時間の行動介入を実施したLovaas（1987）による離散試行型指導（Discrete trial training 以下DTTと略す）を中心とした研究実践において、ASD幼児の発達を促進させたと報告されている。DTT以外の介入方法では、ASDの中核的症状の一つである交互交代の理解の困難さに治療の焦点をあてた機軸行動発達支援法（Pivotal Response Treatment 以下PRTと略す）が開発された（Koegel，2006，近藤・山本，2013）。\n他にもASDが獲得困難とする質問行動や会話などの社会的行動の始発の促進を指導するためにスクリプト・スクリプトフェイディング法（以下S・SF手続きと略す）が開発され（Krantz＆Mclannahan，2005）、その有効性が報告されている。しかし、稲田・神尾（2011）は北米におけるABAの週数十時間の集中的な介入は日本では非現実的であるため、家族による有効な家庭療育が可能になるような負担の少ない家族支援のあり方を検討するべきであると指摘している。それに対し、奥山・杉山・藤坂（2009）は就学前のASD幼児へ週当たり平均10時間程度のABAに基づいた親中心の家庭療育を実施し、発達を促進させたと報告している。そこで、本研究では以下の点について検討する。\n稲田・神尾（2011）が指摘した保護者にとって負担の少ない家庭療育について奥山・杉山・藤坂（2009）の先行研究をもとにDTTやPRT、S・SF手続きの研究報告を調べて、実施可能と思われる療育プログラムの有効性を検討する。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"TAKAHASHI,
