Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2014-04-23"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2011年3月11日に発生したマグニチュード9.0の地震によって引き起こされた巨大津波により東北地方と関東地方の太平洋沿岸部に壊滅的な被害が発生した。2013年12月10日時点で、震災による死者・行方不明者は18,526人、建築物の全壊・半壊は合わせて39万9,252戸が確認されている。震災発生時は約27万4千人が避難所で生活していたが、2013年12月12日現在、津波により住居を失った方の住居等（公営、仮設、民間、病院含む）への移住は東北地方では完了しており、岩手県では35,575人が避難所から移っている。また岩手県の仮設住宅世帯主の年齢が65歳以上である世帯は43.4％であり、仮設住宅住民の高齢化が深刻化している。\n　高齢化が深刻化している仮設住宅で、運動不足などが原因で心身の機能が低下する「生活不活発病」が増加している。さらに震災で被災した沿岸12市町村の2011年度新規要介護認定者の伸び率は全県の8.9％を２倍以上上回る20.3％となっている。このように健康上の問題が発生しており、その解決するために運動の実践が求められている。\n　これに対し、様々な運動支援が行われている。公益財団法人健康・体力づくり事業財団の報告によると、震災直後の平成23年３月下旬から平成23年12月下旬の期間で被災地に運動指導に入った運動指導士とＮＳＣＡジャパン指導者（全米ストレングス＆コンディショニング協会公認スペシャリストおよびパーソナルトレーナー）の総数は2155人であった。また、運動指導の内容は主にストレッチング、軽い体操、リラクゼーション、筋力トレーニング、有酸素運動であった。\n　このように運動支援は行われているが、運動を受け入れてもらうことの難しさ、多様な対象・場への配慮の必要性、経費・スタッフの不足、自治体との連携の必要性などの問題が報告されている。しかし、運動支援者の視点での課題は述べられているが、運動に参加した被災者からの視点で検討している報告は少ない。スポーツ支援活動の内容に対する満足度、および心理的変化に関する報告はあるが、参加者からの視点で運動実践の課題を述べている報告はなく、また、住居形態も様々であることから、支援内容の発展のために被災住民のニーズを把握し、運動支援内容と比較・検討する必要がある。\n　そこで本研究では、現在大規模な団体が支援を行っておらず、小規模でありながら異なる居住形態の被災地域に積極的に運動支援を行っているK市を対象とした。K市体育協会が主導で行っている体操教室は、開始から１年と短い期間である。地域による地域住民の活動を展開しており、継続的・効果的な活動をする上で、参加者のニーズを明らかにし、より参加者に寄り添ったプログラムを提供する必要がある。よって、異なる居住地区の参加者の現状と体操教室の内容や実施状況を調査し、提供する運動プログラムと参加者のニーズを比較・検討することにより体操教室の現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とする。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"TAKAHASHI,
