Practices","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2011-08-23"}]},"item_41_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本論では、平成22年度教員研修モデルカリキュラム開発プログラムとして独立法人教員研修センターに採択された「小中学校連携による協働的研修プログラム開発～英語指導を中心に」（略称：CMCP）（実施主体：岩手大学、連携機関：盛岡市教育委員会）において実施した教員研修の成果と課題を考察し、新たな教員研修のモデルとして効果的と思われる点を提案する。平成20年度学習指導要領改訂により、中学校では英語の週当たり時間数がすべての学年で増加し、小学校では外国語（主に英語）活動が高学年で必修となり、英語に係わる教員の役割が増大している。一方、少子化等により学校規模が変動し、教員間の学び合いの機会が減少している。さらに、改正教育基本法では小中学校の義務教育を一体として捉えるようになっており、小中学校の教育を繋ぐ新たな研修のあり方が模索されているところである。特に、平成2 年度から全ての小学校において高学年で実施される外国語（主に英語）活動については、英語の専門性の面からの支援が求められている。CMCP は、このような背景の中で、岩手大学教育学部と盛岡市教育委員会の連携協力に関する協定（平成2 年度締結）を基に小中学校の教員の授業力向上を目的として立案された教員研修モデル開発研究である。\n　CMCP
