 note = {Our purposes to develop the portable video-locator have the follwoing four points: the first is to be easy to build it and to make it portable, the second is to improve the camera-working, the third is to save electricity,and the fourth is to save expenses. The newly devised video-locator satisfied our expectation as follows : the weight of the locator was reduced to about 12.5kg, time for setting the video-corder was taken 1 minute and 30 seconds, electricity was saved on 16 w/h only during recording, the total expense could be limited to 372,334,the locator cost only 17,937, and the camera-working got easier than any other locator.},
