| 内容記述 | ソ連における個人副業経営は社会主義体制と必ずしも一致しない側面を有している。それにも拘らずソ連の農業生産において総生産額の26％をしめるなど重要な位置を占めている。ソ連共産党および政はこの経営に対する援助を積極化している。その政策の理論的根拠を検討するとともに，今後の発展方向について考察した。The subsidiary individual holding in the USSR does not accord with the socialistic system in some points. Neverthless it plays an important part since it gives almost 26 percent of all the agricultural product in USSR. The Communist Party and the Council of Minister of the USSR support it actively. This paper examines the theoretical basis of the policy and considers its historical development. | |||||||
