| 内容記述 | By aseptic culture of Marchantia polymorpha, gemma-cup and archegoniophore formation were studied in relation to the time course of growth under various culture conditions. Gemma-cup formation was accelerated by prolonged illumination at a relatively low light intensity and by sucrose added to culture medium. Environmental factors inducing archegoniophore were examined. A suppression of gemma-cup formation was observed about 20 days before archegoniophore protrusion. | |||||||
