| 内容記述 | In this paper the author examines the en.tire system of Prof. Mitsuhiko Takumi's so-called "World Capitalism" theory, an eminent Marxist analyst who belongs to one of the main factions subscribing to the Unoist theory. Takumi's theory includes 3 levels pf theoretical and actual analysis according to the stratiform structure of capitalist society from the abstract to the concrete consisting of universality-speciality-individuality Though agreeing with Takumi's stratiform approach in general, the author criticizes its theoretical structure at each level as well as the logical relationship between those levels, by advocating the author's own viewpoint. As for the level concerning the fundamental theory (principle) of capitalist economy, the author radically criticizes Takumi's revision of Marx' Capital which reduces it to an autonomous closed system as a "form of circulation", in which 3 circuits of capital compose the core of his theory, while labour as a social substance of value plays only a secondary role. Concerning the level of the stage theory, the author evaluates highly Takumi's incorporating international financial relations together with the gold standard as a regulator of the world capitalist system into his own stage theory. There Takumi uses his own notion, "surface adjustment on the international payment" and "basic adjustment on the international payment" regarding the function of the central bank in the leading capitalist country, to explain the concurrent movement of capitalist business cycles. However, the author criticizes Takumi's lack of general theory as well as his lack of a stratiform framework when describing each stage of capitalist development. The author, for his part, proposes a precise methodological distinction between both levels of fundamental theory and stage, the former using the so-called immanent "structural-genetic" logic and the latter a reciprocal action of external and.immanent logics. On Takumi's meticulous analysis of the status quo, especially his analysis of the Great Depression, the author praises his originality, while criticizing his methodological narrowness and distortions when he extracts only the correlation of facts and tendencies which results in a lopsided deconstruction and discontinuity of the structure as well as the cyclical movement of the monopoly capitalist stage; Takumi fails to locate the era after WWI as a sub-stage of monopoly capitalism and by excluding the relative overproduction of capital from the necessary causes of economic crises on the level of fundamental theory, he ends up with a lopsided account of present-day capitalist realities. | |||||||
