| 内容記述 | We denote by C the set of all complex valued continuous functions f(u) defined for O;;a;u(+oo. If we define the addition f+g as usually and the multiplication f+g by convolution*, then C is a commutative ring with respect to these operations. By Titchmarsh's theorem, this ring C is without zero factor, therefore, we can extend it to a commutative field F. J. Mikusinski called the elements of F an "operator" and he constructed the so-called Mikusinski's operational calculus. Titchmarsh's theorem which provides basis for this theory is proved by Titchmarsh himslef and other authors. Particularly, Ryll-Nardzewski's proof is elementary in the sense that it doese not use the theory of complex variable functions. But it is not yet easy. In this paper, we showed that without the use of Titchmarsh's theorem we can provide a basis for an operational calculus applicable to examples in part I of Mikusinski [I]. | |||||||
