","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_41_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2017-04-17"}]},"item_41_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"学校マネジメントに関わる一つの取組として学校評価とその活用がある。文部科学省が示した学校評価の目的の一つには「各学校が，自らの教育活動その他の学校運営について，目指すべき目標を設定し，その達成状況や達成に向けた取組の適切さ等について評価することにより，学校として組織的・継続的な改善を図ること」がある。この目的の実現のためには，学校評価のために実施した保護者等を対象とした調査結果の分析方法が問われる。本稿では，特別支援学校における学校評価の取組を事例として，そこで取組まれていた数値の増減多少に着目した分析の課題を指摘しつつ，それを補完し分析を深める方法としてＣＳ（Customer Satisfaction：顧客満足度）を試行し比較検討を行った。これによって，改善すべき項目の優先度を明らかにするなどの利点があった。今後，分析結果をいかに改善の取組に接続するかという実践的な課題がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"SASAKI,
