 本研究の目的は、指導主事の職務及び研修に対する意識の実態を明らかにすることにより、資質向上の手がかりを検討することである。そのために、Ａ県の指導主事の職務の実態や意識に関する調査を行い、指導主事の資質向上の在り方を探った。\n　本研究の結論は、次の４点である。第一は、指導主事の資質向上での意図的・計画的な人材育成の必要性であり、これまでのＡ県教育委員会における指導主事の人材育成を踏まえた人事配置等によるものである。第二は、指導主事の職務内容に応じた研修機会の設定であり、Ａ県の指導主事にみられた役割認識と達成状況との認識の差の存在を踏まえたものである。第三は、指導主事の所属機関の違いを踏まえた研修機会の必要性であり、機関により職務内容の違いが顕著であるという実態を踏まえたものである。第四は、今日的課題の解決を踏まえた研修の実施であり、Ａ県指導主事の研修意識の実態から、今日的な課題等の多様な内容への希望を踏まえたものである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_41_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"SUZUKI,
