岩手大学教育学部附属特別支援学校の授業実践をキャリア教育の観点から分析し，そのキャリア教育の取組状況及びその様相を明らかにすることを目的とした。\n　そのために，本校の各学部における日常の実践事例を収集し，これらについて，キャリアプランニング・マトリックスの本校版である「本校のキャリア発達に関する願う姿（平成25年度）」の内容と対照した。\n  その結果，実践事例における児童生徒の姿から見取られたキャリア教育の内容として【集団参加】【目標設定】【やりがい・生きがい】【自己選択】【役割】の内容が見出された。\n　このことから，本校のキャリア教育は,
