 note = {本研究では，大規模都市整備事業が行われた盛岡市盛南地区において，事業中および事業完了後の２度実施した住民意識調査を基に，生活環境への満足度およびソーシャルキャピタルが地区全体の満足度に与える影響について，２時点の比較分析を行った。
事業完了後の調査では，生活環境への満足度ほどは関連性が強くないものの，ソーシャルキャピタルと地区全体の満足度との関連性に有意性が示された。市街地形成の途上過程では，生活環境への満足度のほかにソーシャルキャピタルも変化していることを示すとともに，今後の都市計画に向けてソーシャルキャピタルの時間変化に応じた施策の必要性が示唆された。, We analyzed transition of influence on satisfaction with living environment and social capital of occupants upon satisfaction with whole of Seinan area between urban development project were progressing. As a result, we found whole of Seinan area was influenced by social capital, the influence is weaker than satisfaction of living environment. But the influence by social capital were showed significance in the second survey. Additionally, satisfaction with the living environment and social capital change over time.
