年次講義科目である「特色あるカリキュラムづくりの理論と実際」（前期必修）、および「学習指導要領とカリキュラム開発」（後期必修）の成果として、特色あるテーマをもとに校種をつなぐモデルカリキュラムを開発提案するものである。本論文の前提として、岩手県盛岡市近郊の少子高齢化による人口減少による学校統合地域をモデルにすること、小中の接続教育を念頭においたモデルカリキュラムにすること、を条件として、学力向上、地方創生、通常学級における特別支援教育の充実という岩手の教育課題を念頭に、総合的学習、特別支援教育、算数・数学、外国語、の4
