ECONOMY","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_16_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2023-02-01"}]},"item_16_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"都市においても農山村においても生活排水処理は公衆衛生や自然環境保全の観点から重要である。現在、山村では主に個別処理浄化槽や各種の集落排水事業によって生活排水処理が行われている。本論ではそのなかで、林業集落排水事業に注目し、本事業を導入している全国26市町村を対象とした質問紙調査（17市町村から回答）と、26市町村のなかで公営企業会計を早期に取り入れた富山県南砺市での現地調査を実施した。林業集落排水事業は1980年に山村の生活環境の向上、林業従事者の定住化の促進、山村の活性化および水源となる公共水域の保全を図るために実施された。1989年以降、住民の要望が高まったことで整備が進み、1999年頃に整備のピークとなった。現在は、山村の人口減少が進み使用料の収入が減少する一方、耐用年数による施設の機器更新が必要となり、維持管理の財政負担がより拡大する可能性は高い。将来的に個別処理浄化槽への転換が検討されており、さらなる国家的な支援が期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_16_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"95954","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TAKADA,
