| 内容記述 | 東日本大震災にかかわる様々な復興への足跡が記録されている。そのことによって、震災の脅威を風化させないこと、そして、被災者の経験やおもい、教訓や学びを次世代へ伝えている。「風化が新たな悲劇を生む」ことになれば、伝承や継承、記録の意義はとても大きい。筆者は、震災直後の学校経営、復興教育について振り返る日がある。その度に、吉村昭氏の「三陸海岸大津波」にある荒谷アイさんの作文「津波」、指導にあたった佐々木耕助先生の指導観について思いを巡らせる。主題にある「PTG」という用語は、今から数年前に出会ったものであるが、今後の教育の在り方を考える時に示唆に富む内容を含んでいる。アイさんの生涯及び耕助先生の指導観、並びに田老一中の震災体験作文集「いのち」と復興教育に焦点を当て、PTG の萌芽とその成長に関して論じてみたい。また、心のケアやサポートの在り方についての提案もする。 PTG の萌芽と育成には、「基本的自尊感情」と「社会的自尊感情」の確立が欠かせない。また、田老第一中学校が行ってきた数々の復興教育は、やがて人生を豊かにするための底力、生きる力となる人間的成長の芽生えと育成に影響を与えてきたと思う。仮説検証的な研究でなく、筆者の思い込みや推測に依拠した内容であるかもしれない。多方面から多くの御批正を仰ぎたい。 |

| 内容記述 | Various footsteps toward recovery related to the Great East Japan Earthquake have been recorded. By doing so, they are keeping the threat of the disaster from fading away and passing on the experiences, thoughts, lessons, and learnings of the disaster victims to the next generation. If "fading away creates new tragedies," then the significance of passing on, inheriting, and documenting is great. There are days when I look back on school management and reconstruction education immediately after the disaster. I have days when I look back on the management of schools and reconstruction education immediately after the disaster. Each time, I think about Ms. Ai Araya's essay "Tsunami" in Mr.Akira Yoshimura's "The Great Sanriku Coast Tsunami" and the teaching philosophy of Mr.Kosuke Sasaki, the teacher who was in charge of teaching. The term "PTG," which I came across a few years ago, is a term that is highly suggestive when considering the future of education. Focusing on Ms. Ai's life and Mr. Kosuke Sasaki's views on teaching, as well as on "Inochi, human life," a collection of essays about the earthquake experience at Taro DaiichiJ.H.S. and reconstruction education, I would like to discuss the emergence and growth of PTG. We will also offer suggestions on the nature of psychological care and support. In the sprouting and nurturing of PTG, the establishment of "basic self-esteem" and "social self esteem" is an indispensable factor. In addition, I believe that the numerous reconstruction education efforts conducted at Taro Daiichi J.H.S. have influenced and contributed to the sprouting and nurturing of human growth, which will eventually become the fundamental strength to enrich one's life and the power to live. This is not a hypothesis-testing study, and the content may be based on the author's assumptions and speculations. I would like to ask for your criticism from many angles. |
