{"created":"2023-05-15T12:04:23.652803+00:00","id":8936,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"f7b05afa-61f9-445d-ac00-b74096dd8e68"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"8936","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8936"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:iwate-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008936","sets":["1504:1505"]},"author_link":["70914","70913"],"item_28_alternative_title_23":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Net nutrient absorption from the small intestine with ^<13>C-glucose in ruminants."}]},"item_28_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1997-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_28_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2011-10-04"}]},"item_28_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金[基盤研究C](課題番号07660354)研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_28_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】本研究は、肝門脈にカテ-テルを装着したヒツジを供試し、門脈でのグルコ-ス正味吸収量を求めると同時に安定同位体元素をグルコ-ストレ-サ-([U-^<13>C]-glucose)として、腸管から吸収される飼料由来のグルコ-ス量を知ることを目的とした。\n\n【方法】供試動物には、頸動脈、頸静脈、門脈および前腸間膜静脈カテ-テルを装着したヒツジ5頭を用いた。試験区は、粗飼料区(R)と濃厚飼料区(C)とした。採血当日は門脈血流量測定の為、パラアミノ馬尿酸(PAH)溶液を前腸間膜静脈カテ-テルより定速連続注入した。また、[U-^<13>C]-glucose(99atom%excess)を頸静脈カテ-テルより定速連続注入した。その間、門脈および頸動脈カテ-テルより経時的に同時採血した。測定項目は、門脈および頸動脈血漿PAH、グルコ-ス、インスリンの各濃度および^<13>C-glucoseのアイソト-プエンリッチメントとした。\n\n【結果】門脈血流量は、R区、C区いずれの区においても給餌前より給餌後に有意に増加した。(P<0.05)。しかし、両区の間には差が得られなかたった。グルコ-スの門脈血漿濃度は、給餌後にR区で有意に減少したのに対し(P<0.05)、C区では減少は見られなかった。このときのインスリン血漿濃度は、C区の給餌後に平均で21.9μU/mlと増加する傾向が見られた。採食後6時間の門脈へのグルコ-ス正味吸収量は、R区で-1.12に比べC区で0.42mg/min/kg^<0.75>と有意に高い値であった(P<0.05)。一方、飼料由来のグルコ-ス吸収量は、R区;1.34、C区;0.89mg/min/kg^<0.75>であり両区の間に有意な差は得られなかった。\n\n以上の結果により、グルコ-ス正味吸収量はR区に比べC区の方が多くなったが、飼料由来のグルコ-ス吸収量は両区の間に差が認められなかった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"The objectives of this experiment were to investigate the net glucose absorption into the portal blood and to determine the dietary glucose absorption by stable isotope dilution ([U-^<13>C] glucose) in sheep.\n\nFive adult crossbred sheep were housed individually in metabolic cages with ad libitum access to drinking water and were fed a hay (R) or a concentrate diet (C) (hay : conc.=1 ; 4). The sheep were thoroughly accustomed to handling and generally consumed the diet within 1 hour. Each sheep had been fitted with chronic indwelling catheters in the portal vein, the mesenteric vein, the carotid artery and the jugular vein. Portal blood flow rates were calculated on the basis of dilution of the PAH.Intravascular infusions of stable isotope labelled glucose are used to differentiate between the net glucose flux rates and actual utilization rates within tissues (Bergman et al., 1970)\n\nThe ^<13>C enrichment of plasma glucose was determined with GC-MS by the method of Selected ion-monitoring (SIM). The plasma insulin was also assayd by radio immunoassay.\n\nThe portal blood flow rates were increased after feeding in both R and C diet (P<0.05). The portal plasma glucose concentrations were significantly decreased after feeding in R diet (P<0.05). In the C diet, however, no such decrease in the glucose was observed following feeding. The plasma insulin increased following feeding in the C diet, and the mean insulin concentration after feeding was 21.9muU/ml. The net glucose absorption rates in the portal vein during 6h after feeding were significantly higher (P<0.05) in the R (-1.12mg/min/kg^<0.75>) than in the C (0.42mg/min/kg^<0.75>).
