 note = {The purpose of this study is to get the knowledge of the effect of the city park management by designated manager's system in case of Gosyo lake and Hanamaki regional park in Iwate Prefecture. The results are as follows.(1)In the selection of an administration, collaboration with community is important as well as a management plan.(2)The system promotes collaboration with community.(3)When they received a subsidy, it is hard to build relation of equality.(4)The system can cut down a management cost and advance citizen participation. On the other hand, we clarified following problem.(1)Information disclosure isn't achieved enough.(2)It's hard for community and manager to understand each other.(3)Administration by designated manager is not known to general users yet.},
