{"created":"2023-05-15T12:05:03.145596+00:00","id":9662,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e0a88807-5b04-4ec3-8277-0aa1e9769769"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"9662","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"9662"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:iwate-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00009662","sets":["1515:1516"]},"author_link":["73973","73974"],"item_28_alternative_title_23":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"STUDY ON EXCESS HEAT PRODUCTION FROM DEUTERATED METAL ELECTRODE DURING DISCHARGE IN GAS AND ON ELEMENTS PRODUCTION AT ELECTRODE SURFACE"}]},"item_28_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2001-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_28_date_6":{"attribute_name":"登録日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2012-02-08"}]},"item_28_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"科学研究費補助金[基盤研究(C)(2)](課題番号11650276)研究成果報告書","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"巻末の学術雑誌掲載論文は削除しております.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_28_description_12":{"attribute_name":"Abstract","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"円筒状低気圧グロー放電用ガラステストセルを用い、内部の重水素ガス圧を3Torrとして低気圧グロー放電状態を30分から90分保ち、この間にヘリウム3比例係数管による過剰中性子計測およびNaIシンチレーションカウンターによる高エネルギー電磁波(γ線およびX線)の計測を行った。放電終了後にパラジウム試料を取り出し、試料表面に対する2次イオン質量分析(SIMS)を行った。電極構成は棒(正)対平板(負)であり、平板電極上に重水素を吸蔵させた厚さ0.1mm、直径10mmのパラジウム円板を配置した。中性子の計測ではバックグランドを越える検出はなかったが、ガンマ線の計測では、まれに、57、69、109および179keVのエネルギーをもつ電磁波が放射される。SIMSの結果、放電前のパラジウム電極表面には全く観られないホウ素とニッケルが放電後に検出された。放電の前よりも後で大きく検出量が増す元素もある。シリコンは放電後に約10^4から10^6倍に増えた。ナトリウム、アルミニウム、カルシウムは約10^3から10^6倍に増えた。マグネシウムとマンガンは約100から3×10^4倍に増えた。さらに、鉄、銅、クロムが新たに検出されることがある。\n\nさらに補足実験として、重水素を吸蔵させたパラジウム板の片面のみを厚さ200nmの酸化マンガンで被覆し、これに真空中で4アンペアの直流電流を3時間流し、その際のパラジウム試料の温度変化を調べると同時に放出されるガスの質量分析を行った。ガスの急激な放出が起こる場合にパラジウム試料の温度が急激に高くなる。多くの試行で質量数4の分子の放出を観ており、この分子は重水素分子(D_2)、HT、ヘリウム(^4He)のいずれかであることが分かった。実験後の試料に対するオートラジオグラフィーにおいてフィルムを感光させる放射線はβ線もしくはX線と考えられる。SIMSにより質量数^7Li、^<23>Na、^<39>Kに対応する元素が多量に生成されていることが確認された。これらの結果は表面近傍で核反応が起きていることを示している。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"Anomalous gamma emission with peak energy in spectrum of 57-180 keV was rarely observed during DC glow discharge for 30-90 minutes in 〜3Torr deuterium gas using deuterated palladium foil cathode. Autoradiography after the discharge experiment showed isotopes with low and high energy radiation components were produced before or during the discharge. The palladium foil after DC glow discharge was analyzed by secondary ion mass spectroscopy which reveal considerably increase in the content of Boron, Nickel. Silicon. sodium (Na), aluminum, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper and chromium on the surface.\n\nThe controlled out-diffusion method was employed to induce a nuclear reaction in a palladium (Pd) plate with a MnOx film. The time-resolved mass spectra for Pd deuteride revealed tritium (T) production of molecules with mass number 4, which can be D_2, HT or helium during the out-diffusion experiment. Film blackening was observed for most Pd using a normal monochromatic negative photographic film. The radiation from the Pd plate consists of two kinds of components, which may be beta ray and X-ray. Secondary ion mass spectroscopy has shown considerable increase in counts of Li, , sodium (Na), potassium (K) after the out-diffusion experiment.
