| 内容記述 | The influence of plastic deformation on the magnetic transition temperature in L12-type materials is explained in terms of the modified slip-induced directional-order model with consideration of the magnetic interactions between the neighboring atoms. The calculation based on the pair-interaction model predicts that the magnetic transition temperature changes in proportion to the dislocation density at the early stage of plastic deformation and to the square root of it at the advanced stage. The numerical estimation is given for four alloys with the L12-type superstructure: i.e., Pt3Fe, Pt3Co, Fe3Pt, and Ni3Mn. | |||||||||
