It is defined as a parametric surface of parameter(u, v)on a control mesh. Control points are interpolated by the procedure called \"Iterated Shuffle Transformation(IST)\", which gives the property of \"local resemblance in space/scale direction\"on a parameter space and a surface. The property consists of locality in the space direction and self-similarity in the scale direction. In this paper, by focusing on the relationship between traditional continuous interpolation methods(Bezier interpolation, composite Bezier interpolation and B-spline interpolation)and IST, we propose the formalization of \"unit-IST\", \"connected-IST\"and \"fully-connected-IST\"to realize more variety than the original IST. Furthermore, we formulate them mathematically by the formula called \"scale reverse formula\". After that, we formalize WR surface to obtain \"IST-Bezier surface\"and \"IST-B-spline surface\"based on those IST's, and also propose \"superposed wrinkly surface(superposed WR surface)\"by superposing layers of WR surface.
