| 内容記述 | 生産ラインにおける生産率改善の方法としてBufferの導入が考えられるが, 大きな生産率改善を得るにはかなり大きなBuffer容量を導入する必要がある.したがって効果的な生産率改善を行なうには他の方法も同時に考えなくてはならない.ここでは種々の作業時間分布を持つ生産ラインの並列化による効果をシミュレーションを用いて議論し, その効果を仮想Buffer容量なる尺度を用いて簡明に表わす.この結果, 仮想Buffer容量は種々の作業時間分布に対し近似的にステーション当たりのBuffer容量の一次式で表わされ, 並列化の効果が大であることが明らかにされる. One of the important problems is to increase the production rate in designing the production line. In thes paper the effectiveness of paralleling the series lines is presented by the simulation method, which is represented by the imaginary buffer capacity. Consequently, it is shown that the imaginary buffer capacity presents the effect of the various design factors on the effectiveness very simply and the imaginary capacity is represented by the linear equation. And it is shown that the paralleling is very useful to increase the production rate. |
