| 内容記述 | 自動化生産ラインにおいては, 平均修復時間が長くなるとbuffer容量導入効率が小さくなる.したがって, 生産率を向上させるにはかなり大きなbufferが必要となり, 生産技術者はbufferコストやbufferスペースの問題を考えなくてはならない.ここでは, bufferを有効に利用し高生産率を得るための一方法として, 2工程自動化生産ラインの並列化を考え, 並列化による生産ラインの挙動とbufferの節約効果を解析する.すなわち, 並列型自動化生産ラインにおける種々のパラメータの生産率に及ぼす影響が明らかにされ, さらに仮想buffer容量という尺度を導入することにより並列化のbuffer節約効果が明らかにされる. In automatic production lines, the effectiveness of instaling buffer storages decreases as the mean repair time becomes longer.Therefore, a larger buffer capacity must be provdied for a higher production rate and the production engineers must consider the buffer cost and space. This paper discusses the effect of paralleling the series lines and analyze the effectiveness of it. Especially, the effect of the paralleling on the buffer capacity is discussed using an imaginary buffer capacity. Consequently, it is shown that paralling is very useful to increase the production rate by a small buffer capacity. |
