| 内容記述 | 生産ラインにおける生産率向上の方法として, buffer storageの導入が考えられているが, 種々のラインパラメータによりこの導入効果は異なる.したがって, 各ラインの互いの空いているbufferスペースを有効に利用し, その利用効率と生産率を向上させる方法を考える必要がある.その一つとして複数本の異なるラインによるbuffer storageの共同利用システムが考えられる.本研究では, このシステムの基本的挙動を調べるため, 2工程直列型生産ラインの組合せによるシステムをマルコフモデルとして解析し, buffer storageの共同利用効果の優れているシステムのラインパラメータを明らかにする. Introducing buffer storage increases the production rates, but the rates are affected by the line parameters, and in some lines the buffer storages are not used efficiently.In this paper we consider the production system for co-use of the buffer storages in the different series production lines in order to increase the production rate and the efficiency of the use of the buffer storage.This system is analyzed by the Markov model and the effectiveness of the system is represented. |
