| 内容記述 | 従来，ケアに対する考えかたは，「気づかい」「世話」「思いやり」など好意的側面が多く，マイナス要因に目を瞑っているように思われる。昨今の介護殺人，介護難民，老老介護は「ケア」におけるドメスティックな問題に止まらず，大きな社会問題となっている。最近ではマスメディアで「無縁社会」として大きく取り上げられている。筆者は「家庭介護」における介助者の視点の観点からケアを考えることで，ケアを外部化せざるを得ない問題点を着地 点とした。また，この危機的状況を乗り越えるために，１つの問題点と６つの打開策を定義した。 本論は「ケア」の倫理的側面の再認識，共感と傾聴の現実，社会学及び看護学の「感情労働」，臨床心理学の「共感疲労」の思考形式を学際的に捉え，介護において有効性がある定義を提案することにより，介護の現実問題を打破する倫理的試みをした。そして今日の日本社会の闇に一石を投じることで問題を浮き彫りにすることが本論の狙いである。 |

| 内容記述 | Although many studies on care have focused on its positive implications such as consideration, tender-heartedness, and sensitivity, they, in my view, failed to examine negative factors involved in the practice of care. These negative aspects, typically seen in nursing murder, nursing refugees, and old couple nursing, are now not only domestic but also big social problems. These current problems have urged me to rethink about the ethical aspect of care. Considering that apathy in self-care is one of the most serious problems, I suggest in this paper that six factors are significant in solving the problem: flexibility of caring, the setting of border for close listening, a space appropriate for emotional expression, buffer distance, meta-recognition sympathy, and short-distance reliance. By so doing, I illustrate the importance of ethical value in nursing. I also show an ethical approach to solving the practical problems by examining the connection between compassion and close-listening, “emotionlabor”addressed in sociology and the science of nursing, and compassion fatigue in clinical psychology.
