本プロジェクトは2011年の発災直後から継続して実施中の社会福祉、都市計画、建築、公衆衛生等を専門とする法政大学、明治大学、工学院大学、東東大学、帝京大学大学院等の複数の大学の教員、学生による陸前高田地域再生支援のための研究と実践活動である。毎年8月を中心に教員、毎回学生約60名が陸前高田市を訪問し、全仮設住宅の自治会長からの間き取りを続けている。また2013年と2016 年には質間紙を用いた全仮設住宅の世帯調査を実施した。本発表では主として2016年8月に実施した全仮設住宅の世帯調査結果を報告する。 |

In this article, we present the results of all tentative housing household study 2016 in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate. Since 2011 just after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami(GEJE), Hosei University, Meiji University, Kogakuin University, University of Tokyo, and Teikyo Graduate School of Public Health started supporting to reconstruct of the Rikuzentanata. Every year, faculties and university students visited at least twice to Rikuzentakata conducted interviews to all community chiefs of tentative housing in Rikuzentakata. After five years of living in tentative housing, many people physically, mentally affected. Particularly, health complains significantly increased. We also found that people tended to consult, get information more from official windows than informal human network.
