| 内容記述 | 本研究では、歴史的な住宅地である盛岡市大慈寺地区を対象に、住民意識調査をもとに、生活環境満足度とソーシャルキャピタルの関係について分析を行った。その結果、ソーシャルキャピタルは、地区全体の満足度と生活環境との関連性に影響を及ぼしていることが明らかになった。また、住民のソーシャルキャピタルの違いにより、生活環境への満足度の評価構造にも影響を及ぼしていることがわかった。さらに、地区全体の満足度と有意な関連性が見られない生活環境項目であっても、他の生活環境項目を介して間接的な影響を及ぼしている可能性を指摘した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we conducted a survey of residents' attitudes in Daijiji district, Morioka City, in order to examine the relationship between satisfaction with the district as a whole and satisfaction with the living environment, as well as the evaluation structure of the living environment, and the impact of social capital on these factors. The results of the analysis showed that the living environment items related to the overall satisfaction level of the district differed depending on the difference in social capital, and that the evaluation structure of the living environment also differed. The results also suggest that living environment items that are not significantly related to overall district satisfaction are related to overall district satisfaction through other living environment items. | |||||||||
