| 内容記述 | 災害文化というタームが定着し始めている。しかしその内容が、未だ、過去の伝承を受け継ぐ、あるいは過去の事実を掘り下げるという研究で円環を閉じる傾向が強い。「在来の知」の範疇から、災害そのものを問うなかで、災害文化をとらえる視座を確かなものにすることが課題である。問われているのは、災害が示す、現代が直面する課題をそこに見出し、未来を築くところに踏み込めるかである。災害文化の醸成・継承そして伝播の内的構造を明らかにし、災害文化の全体像を示すことである。そこには、災害をトータルにとらえる視座が必要だ。さらに災害を通して地域が見えてくるという従来の災害研究を基礎に、基本的人間活動を中間項に置き、被災弱者の視座から災害克服の道が示されるという新たな災害研究の試みである。災害文化に減災・復興の可能性を見ることができるという提起である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The term "disaster culture" is beginning to take root. However, the research tends to be limited to the inheritance of past traditions or the delving into the facts of the past. The establishment of a perspective that questions disasters themselves from the category of "conventional knowledge" will ensure the study of disaster culture. The question is whether it is possible to discover the challenges that disasters present and that we face today, and to step forward to build the future. The question is to clarify the internal structure of the cultivation, transmission, and propagation of disaster culture, and to present an overall picture of disaster culture. This requires a total perspective on disasters. Furthermore, based on the conventional disaster research that reveals the local community through disasters, this is a new approach to disaster research that places basic human activities in the middle term and shows the way to overcome disasters from the viewpoint of the vulnerable victims of disasters. This paper proposes to look at the solid possibility of disaster mitigation and recovery from the field of disaster culture research. | |||||||||
